This wheelchair accessible ‘Casa’ is located in the center of Havana,  a couple of minutes from the Malecón and a 20 minutes walk from the old town center. The steps at the entrance are too high for you to enter without any help but we never had trouble to find a helping hand.  The room is very spacious with high ceilings and a large bathroom. To get into the shower there is a small step, but as the bathroom has a drain, you can also just shower in front of it.  The doors in the rooms are wide and without steps. For breakfast and dinner you need to go to another house on Calle San Miguel.  The breakfasts are big and delicious and there are always other travelers that provide useful tips of what to see. Also David planned for us the whole itinerary for the rest of our trip, including taxis. A special attraction of the main  house were the two living crocodiles that David keeps as pets in the courtyard!
